Whoever the dude was that was working on December 28th 2019 around 9pm @ the university pkwy location had PERFECT customer service. The food was delicious as always. Tijuana flats has the best alternative Mexican cusinse!!!!! Told you I'd leave a review dude, keep up the good work!

They have made some recent improvements to their menu as a company but their procedures have taken the place of actual customer service. Employees are so busy covering themselves talking through the company script that they don't bother listening. Very simple orders are complicated and cumbersome... and rarely correct.T-Flats was my favorite fast food joint for years. Every once and a while I forget how frustrating it is to order food there and I go back in. It's always the same... unfortunately.Hi, I'm Charlie and I no longer want a bowl for here. Keep all the JOLTS and know that I will remain familiar with the Hot Sauce Bar.

The best for casual Taco Tuesday. Always fresh always delicious. And the staff is friendly and helpful!

Tijuana Flats has consistently done a great job of hitting that American Mexican food flavor and doing it inexpensively. Great beers and hot sauces to go with your taco specials on Tuesdays as well! The staff is always going the extra mile and is super helpful. Have a stop in.

Friendly service. The guys chatted with me while I waited for my takeout. Only thing was they put jalapeno on my taco when I asked otherwise.

Went in there Friday night it was very slow order caso along with our meal.. didn't get very many chips and the chips we got were totally broken up. I asked if I could trade the broken ones in for a whole chips and the lady said they would bring them out.. what a bummer.

Service is amazing and fast. The workers are friendly here making it a great experience.

Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. The food is good consistently. I used to get the black bean burrito, but I switched to the black bean bowl. I go for the deal on Throwback Thursdays, super economical and always a pleasure to eat here :)

I walked in to this location and was greeted right away! Customer Service is phenomenal and anything you may need or looking for as far as fresh/quality food, this is hands down one of the best places I have been to! Special thank you to the front personnel who took my order and explained everything very well — Esther & Siera the manager who was present during my experience. I generally enjoy eating at Tijuana Flats. This location however has become very inconsistent. The service has not been living up to the Tijuana Flats brand, and the food quality has also been hit or miss recently. Something needs to change.

Even though it's a chain, Tijuana Flats still has character, cool vibes, amazing queso and many hot sauce options. Especially good on Taco Tuesdaze when you get two tacos, a drink, and chips for 5.99!

Love their tacos with queso and chips. Very affordable and inexpensive. They also have deep fried cookie dough. Amazing

Always love eating at Tijuana flats. Really enjoyed their flautas and taco salad with chicken. The crispy fish tacos were not as good as the mahi tacos at other locations. The staff was fun friendly and particularly helpful even when we wanted to sit and talk long after we're finished eating. They checked by we filled our Waters and we're very pleasant. We've eaten at this chain across multiple States and have yet to find a bad location. Highly recommended

I had an amazing time at Tijuana based solely on one individual who went above and beyond to make our first visit memorable. He was kind, courteous and helpful with bringing out sauces and even allowing me to try out some behind the counter sauces. He was helpful even to the other staff and fixing one of the tables. Thank you for being an exceptional worker and making want to come back.

Hot sauce bar is amazing and helpful friendly staff guided me through my first visit while I enjoyed $2 happy hour Mexican beer. Good food and unique looking art everywhere.

Highly recommend for vegans and vegetarians. I felt like it was a Surf Taco atmosphere with Tex Mex cuisine. My taco salad was delicious!

The friendliest staff, answering any and all questions and requests anyone could have.The food was delicious, great portions, as well.I'm vegan so I had a lot of things to ask and try to see what I could have and the staff was super accommodating and pleasang about it. The hotbar is a really great idea and the sauces are really varied and fun.Apparently, they have about 200 branches, Really Recommended dropping by.

A+ service but meh food. Apart from the price, it reminded me of a certain national chain that also serves tacos. I've only been in twice, and was impressed with the staff both times. That's the only reason I'd return to try them again.My food the first time (tacos) was fine, but I was bummed they only have flour tortillas for soft tacos. Today, I got tostadas. Instead of an intact tortilla, they were built on tortilla wedges, so it was more like a tray of composed nachos. They were more refried bean than the chicken I ordered and they came out barely lukewarm, which is weird considering how quickly they came out.

Nom nom nom. I had 2 fish tacos and they were so filling that I struggled to finish the second one. Didn’t even get to eat many chips. It was so good. On the menu this was a flat but I wanted it as a taco and they made it happen. Wonderful place for lunch.

Good kids working here, the service was good. But the food is not what I would expect for the price. Food seems to be cook earlier in the day.

Super cheap and friendly. I had a chicken burrito, they have a huge hot sauce bar which you'll probably need.... My burrito was super bland, i did enjoy the flavor of the tortilla chips though.. And the size of the meal was great for 6$. Would go again for quick service and to try a different menu item.

I was at this location on Sunday September 8th between 8:25 till 9:15, the manager female in the red shirt was outside almost the entire besides taking our order, no one ever came over after getting our food and asked , how are things, never asked if we wanted any more soda, nothing! I've never been disappointed with flats but this time was a real downer! 3 star becasue the customer service in this location is very much not here! Also the lettuce was watery on my nachos!

Over the past several years my father has become a "Flat-head" and is very proud of his fondness for this company and the level of service he has seen instilled in all their employees. His favorite dish morphs over time so that currently he is enamored with their burrito bowls because they aren't as messy as the original burrito. He loves the wide variety of sauces that he can choose to dare himself with anytime (or location) he wants! At this point, I believe he has been to most of them! As always, our visit today met his best expectations! 👍👍

This is the best Mexican food restaurant. Fun and reasonable prices and awesome food. The people who work here really care a lot about the quality of your experience. The have lots of specials and they have a good beer selection with a happy hour. Sooo good! Alia is awesome.

First time here, but definitely NOT my last time!! Service was quick, pleasant and knowledgeable. Restaurant was very clean and tidy, a team member was in the dining room cleaning, wiping down the table and sweeping. The food came out quick, hot and fresh!! You have to try the Atom Bomb as a starter and the Chicken Chimichanga wet!! You’ll thank me later!! Next time I’m in town I will be stopping by for sure!!!👍🏻👍🏻

This was the first time we had ever been here. We where pleased with the service. The food was fantastic. There was huge portions. We will most definitely be going back there. I dont have one bad thing to say. Everything was great.

Headlines today if you want to Flats and all went well with the food was okay until I asked us to change tables that we can sit at that table after we'd already sat down got our drinks and everything we were more than 6 feet apart from the nearest person that's the first time we've been to this restaurant and it will be the last simply because the staff was very rude they're more involved in making sure you're seated at the right table that they are that you were happy customer and his food was good they wiped the tables and chairs with disinfectant people don't touch the table tops as often as they touch the chair so they're doing a lousy job the food's not good enough to keep me there or bring me back

Picked up an order of tortilla soup to go tonight.They included a plastic fork and knife.The soup was nothing but a dark red brown liquid. There was nothing in it!They did include a bag of chips, I guess that will be my dinner.Never going back!Sorry Tijuana Flats...

Delicious Tex-Mex style food that never fails to satisfy. They have the Motorworks V-Twin lager on tap as well.
